Where to start?

Let's assume that you have a ring on your finger. Now it's time to choose a date. Try not to pick just one, have 2 or 3 possibilities. Now the biggest and kind of annoying thing is to choose your venue. It's not easy but once you do it, everything else will be much easier and enjoyable. People really don't think about what they want when they start looking and that's the main reason why they get frustrated and tired and make wrong decisions. As I said it's a process that may be complicated, but just think about few things, do your homework and it's gonna be much easier. First of all, answer those questions: 1. Location- narrow it down to 30 miles radius, you don't need to look all over the country or world. 2. Do you have a dancing crowd? If your answer is yes, you need to find a place with nice size dance floor, wooden preferably. Marble is a no no, accident waiting to happen. 3. Is food important to you? Do you have a lot of out-of-towners? Yes? Than maybe you should look for a venue with the hotel attached. Now you ready to start looking... Comming up....

How not to be a crazy bride

I've been working as a catering/event manager for over six years now. So when it was a time to plan my own wedding, I thought it would be a breeze. In the end it was and I was able to enjoy my wedding day! But it wasn't as easy as I originally thought it would be. I've decided to start writing about this, surprisingly complicated process to make one day perfect.
